GENERAL
Who is the Amorexperience for?
The Amorexperience is for all married, short and long-married couples who want to invest in their marriage.
When does the Amorexperience take place?
The Amorexperience takes place once a year in the Munich area.
The next Amorexperience is on March 14 & 15, 2025 at the Showpalast Munich.
When does the Amorexperience begin and end?
The Amorexperience starts on March 14 at around 18:00 (more exact times will follow soon)
and ends on March 15, 2025 at around 17:00.
Where can we stay overnight?
Please book your accommodation yourself. Here are a few hotels and accommodations near the Showpalast:

Yes, you can also experience the Amorexperience from home via livestream. This is offered to you free of charge.
We recommend that you plan it as a date for yourself and turn off all the things that prevent you from fully concentrating on it.
If you have children, we recommend organizing a babysitter or hiring grandma and grandpa.

How much does a ticket cost?
The ticket prices are fixed:
Price scale:
– Earlybird price (up to and including 03.03.2024) €99 per person
– Early bird price (up to and including 26.12.2024) €119 per person
– Normal price (from 27.12.2024) €134 per person
Do we need the ticket for check-in?
Yes, it is important that you have your ticket with you on site. The digital version on your cell phone or a printed version is sufficient.
Does the ticket include catering?
The ticket only includes participation in the Amorexperience 2025. You are responsible for your own catering. We have prepared various options for you on site.
We have lost our ticket or can no longer find it. What should we do?
Your ticket has been sent to you online. It’s best to check your spam folder again or use the “Amorexperience” search function.
If you can no longer find it, please send us an e-mail to amore@icf-muenchen.de so that we can help you further.
We can’t come spontaneously. What should we do now?
That is of course a great pity.
You can consider passing your ticket on to a couple of friends.
The ticket is transferable this year.
We have received a ticket as a gift and would like to have our name deposited.

I would like to give away my ticket - how can I do this?
Nice that you would like to give away a ticket. You have the following options:
- Have you already bought your ticket in your name and can’t come yourself or simply want to give it away?
Then simply transfer it to the new owner using this form ( https://icf-muenchen.elvanto.eu/form/888085e8-dffe-4e64-b166-3f00d298c85b ).
Why? So we can write to all visitors in advance and also activate them for the app.
Also, if the ticket is forgotten at the weekend, it can be found directly at check-in using your own name.
You can then pass the ticket on or give it as a gift. No new ticket will be created.
- Do you want to book a ticket as a gift for another couple?
Then here we go. Book a ticket and enter the details of the recipient under “Visitor details” and your own details under “Billing details” in the order process.
As soon as you have completed the order process, you will receive the invoice and the ticket to your e-mail address.
You can then print out the ticket and give it as a gift straight away.
Important information will be sent directly to the recipient. For technical reasons, however, the ticket will be sent to the “payer”.
Are group tickets available?
No. Group tickets are not offered.
Can we cancel our ticket?
Please note the following cancellation fees :
until 14.12.2024 25% of the ticket price
from 15.12.2024 to 14.02.2025 50% of the ticket price
from 15.02.2025 cancellation fees of 100% of the ticket price.
The 14-day right of withdrawal is § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB not applicable for tickets.
Is there a box office?
Unfortunately, this has not yet been decided.
Can I still buy a ticket on site?
Unfortunately, it is not yet clear whether there will be a box office.
What discounts are available? What do I need to bear in mind?
Reduced tickets are valid for the following couples
- Both persons are pupils, students or trainees
- Both persons are pensioners
- One of the persons has a severely disabled person’s pass (at least GDB 50%)
BABIES & CHILDREN
Is there a children’s or youth program?
No, there will be no children’s or youth program. We recommend that you organize a babysitter.
We also recommend this if you are taking part in the Amorexperience online.
Is there a baby lounge or crawling corner?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a baby lounge or crawling corner.
We want to bring our babysitter with us. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Can I bring my child or baby with me?
We want every couple to be able to concentrate fully on their marriage.
As couples from different stages of life are taking part, we have decided that it will not be possible to bring babies or children to the Amorexperience.
Therefore, we do not offer a children’s program, childcare or a baby lounge.
Please try to organize a babysitter, and if this is not possible, e.g. because of a breastfeeding child, then consider inviting conscious friends in this phase of life to your home to experience the Amorexperience online together.
Can I bring my breastfeeding child with me?
Parents may bring their breastfeeding child up to 6 months. However, the child may not be taken into the hall for health reasons.
However, you can follow the session on a screen outside the hall.
ON SITE
Are there food stands?
We will prepare various food offers for you. These will be announced in advance.
Can I bring my own food/drinks?
You are welcome to bring and consume your own food and drinks.
Cooking or heating your own food is unfortunately not possible.
Is there a translation of the program on site?
We offer on-site translation of the sessions into English.
Other languages will be checked immediately.
Items not permitted:
- Luggage and hand trollies (must be handed in on site)
- Sleeping bags and sleeping mats
- Boxes and bulky luggage
- Travel rucksacks
- Flagpoles and flags
- Animals of any kind
- Professional camera equipment – photo and video (only with permission)
- Weapons (cutting, stabbing and firearms as well as irritant gas, blades in general)
I can no longer find my ticket - what should I do?
We have sent you your ticket by email. As a tip, if you can’t find it directly, have a look in your spam folder or search for the sender churchtool@icf-muenchen.de or info@icf-muenchen.de.
If you can’t find it, please write to us at amore@icf-muenchen.de and we’ll send it to you again. Alternatively, we can also check you in on site with your name – but this will take a little longer.
Do I have to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
No. You can also bring your ticket in digital form.
What do we need to consider for the check-in?
At check-in, your ticket will be scanned and you will receive an admission wristband, which you can use to leave and re-enter the grounds without much effort.

What is the advantage for us of being on site?
We provide a nice and cozy atmosphere where you can exchange ideas with each other and with other couples.
There is good food, drinks and various activities.
A change of scenery is also very helpful to consciously leave everyday life behind.
Do I have to register for the livestream?
No. You do not need to register for the livestream.

How can we make the Amorexperience at home a special time for our marriage?
Think of it as a date! Take this time as a couple consciously and prepare yourselves well. For example, get dressed up, decorate the room (for example with candles or flowers), perhaps sit at the table instead of on the sofa, have something to write about and prepare a delicious drink, snacks and perhaps a tasty meal. Spend the time between sessions consciously together, accompanied by our online studio, talk about the sessions or go for a walk.
